Case Study: One Stop Express

One Stop Express Limited, have joined the growing number of transport companies using The PODFather Proof of Delivery service.
One Stop Express is an express transport company who specialise in delivery and collection of important documents, parcels, pallets and freight, locally, nationally and internationally. Operating a fleet of over 20 vehicles, the company had been using an established courier software provider, who have now fallen into administration, for all their IT requirements. However, when offered a free trial of The PODFather at The Courier and Parcel Logistics Expo back in September, there was curiosity to see if The PODFather could deliver all the benefits being reported by existing users.
The free trial is offered to all companies within the Courier and Transport market, and provides the standard back office solution free of charge with the facilities of booking jobs, allocating to driver, receipt of digital signature PODs and remote access to clients to view PODS, for free. The only charge made is on a Pay-As-You-Go basis for returned PODs – this can also be capped at a fixed monthly fee.
The trial was a huge success, due mainly to how easy it is to use the service, and One Stop made a decision to change software provider instantly. In addition to the standard solution invoicing and accounts integration modules are additional options that will enable One Stop to provide real customer focus and increased efficiency within the business.
