McArdle eTicketting now in operation on two sites

The PODFather provides rapid, cost effective solutions for haulage on large scale contracts

The new purpose designed electronic Haulage Ticketing System has now been deployed in test environments on two contracts within the McArdle Group of Companies.

The first site to utilise the system is the prestigious improvement works to the T5 Baggage Service Area at Heathrow Airport by McArdle Stabilisation Ltd and the second is being used on the Compound Construction Works for the M25 Widening Project.

The system is designed to cut down on the paperwork used for the McArdle fleet of tipper lorries, used to collect and deliver materials from Site to Tip and utilises Barcodes for Sites and Vehicles to streamline the process; both on site and in administrative processes in the creation of invoices.

Headed by the in-house McArdle IT Team and in partnership with Valley Technology Ltd, the new system has affirmed the Groups’ position in the 21st Century with purpose built software that will increase the revenue flow within the commercial processes of large scale contracts, and will lead to providing a more refined process for individual contracts and work tasking for haulage. The system also offers McArdle customers the ability to check deliveries and collections in real-time online.
