The PODFather Field Service mobile solutions connect your mobile workforce to your back office in real-time.
Scheduling
Jobs can be manually entered into the PODFather backoffice system, or uploaded into the system via the API to reduce office administration.
Once booked, job allocation systems allow you plan work for both today and the whole week, with schedules updated real0time in the office based on jobs completed on the PDA systems.
PDA Systems
The PODFather uses semi and fully rugged handhelds, optionally linked with mobile printers. Jobs are completed "locally" on the device so mobile reception is not an issue, with PODs sent real-time to the backoffice system.

Systems Integration
The backoffice system contains modules for customer invoicing and can link to existing accounts systems.
An API is available to fully integrate the PODFather system with third-party IT systems using both CSV and XML file formats.
These features permit the PODFather system to be used stand-alone, or as a useful bolt-on tool to quickly enhance legacy IT systems with modern PDA software.
