The PODFather enables any organisation with a disparate “field” workforce to adopt a paperless approach to all its procedures and transactions. It effectively bridges the gap between the site staff – for example, the tipper lorry fleet and on-site inspectors - and office staff, and so becomes critical to business success.
For tipper operators and earthworks contractors, PODFather can be used as a complete traffic management and integrated POD solution with links through to your accounts systems. All tickets generated, either for aggregate deliveries or for muck-away work, are automatically loaded into PODFather in real-time. A rate for each ticket can be confirmed, before generating invoices direct from the PODFather invoicing system.
Consolidated management reports are generated to show the number loads per customer, per site, per driver, and per job type. Custom reports can also be easily added for bespoke requirements.
Copies of all PODs can be sent to your customers in real-time via email, or you can grant restricted access for your customers to access their PODs online. If you still want to leave a copy of the ticket onsite, PODFather handhelds integrate with mobile ticket printers which can be cab-mounted.
