PODFather provides a project management system to plan resources on a weekly basis, and capture photos and completed timesheets as soon as the job is finished on site.
A traffic light system is linked into the scheduling tools in the office, so you can instantly see what jobs have been completed, and what ones are still in progress.
This makes PODFather ideal for sign installation and facilities management companies, where there are multiple teams of engineers that require instruction on where to go, and what is required for each job.
As soon as a job is scheduled for the engineer, they download the job card to their PDA and complete the job with a variety of customisable details, including:
- onsite snag report
- before and after pictures
- parts used (either from van stock or trade suppliers)
- job completion report
- timesheet
- site manager name and electronic signature
Completed jobs are sent real-time back to PODFather where they can be viewed online, and further processed for invoicing and management reports.
