Customisable job booking screens permit jobs to be booked into the system, capturing the details important to your business.
Jobs can also be uploaded into the system via the API to reduce administration.
Once booked, job allocation systems allow you to quickly send jobs to drivers whilst giving a real-time view of business activity across all of your depots, fleet, and drivers.
The PODFather uses semi and fully rugged handhelds, optionally linked with mobile printers. Jobs are completed "locally" on the device so mobile reception is not an issue, with PODs sent real-time to the backoffice system.

The backoffice system contains modules for customer invoicing and supplier payments, linking to accounts systems.
An API is available to fully integrate the PODFather system with existing IT systems using both CSV and XML file formats.
