We believe in consultative selling.  When you reach out to our sales team you'll be dealing with consultants who are experienced in working with you to understand the current operational challenges that you are facing.  Taking the time to understand how your business works mean we can be sure that we have the solution that meets your needs, soothing your pain points and delivering real benefit to your business.

Getting started with Podfather

Our system is built in such a way that getting started is a simple and straightforward process.  Podfather will integrate with your existing systems and we’ll get you and your users up and running as quickly as possible.  It's essential that you assign a project manager at your end to work alongside our team.  Additional integrations or bespoke development work will, of course, cause delays, but our experienced project management team will ensure we keep everything on track. 

The customer success team is committed to ensuring you get the best out of your system implementation.  From onboarding and training to system development and new feature roll outs, we'll be with you every step of the way on your Podfather journey.

Onboarding, implementation and training

We have an experienced implementation team who are responsible for guiding our customers through the entire onboarding process.  We split our implementation projects into several phases and we always factor in sufficient feedback time for our customers to ensure that the process runs as smoothly as possible.  All we ask of you is that you designate a project lead within your business.  This will ensure a much smoother transition for you and your teams. 

Comprehensive training is provided at every step of our implementation process, especially prior to the full system going live.  Whatever support you need, we’ll be sure we’re on hand at every stage of your implementation journey.

Supporting you

No system is infallible, we all experience glitches from time to time and that's where our support team come in. As a Podfather user you'll get access to our comprehensive training materials but sometimes you just need a bit of extra help.  Whether you need telephone or email support our dedicated team will be here to pick up your message when you need them.  

All our teams are committed to ensuring that our customers are well looked after.  We aim for a consistent experience across our sales, CSM and support functions as our customers sit at the heart of everything that we do here at Podfather.
